The terms and conditions of sale described below apply to all orders placed for all items and services offered on the website Maelle.it, unless otherwise agreed in writing. These general terms and conditions of sale are systematically presented at the time of placing an order. Placing an order implies the customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

1. PRICES

The prices guaranteed to the customer are those displayed on the website at the time of the order. They may vary at any time, due to economic factors, duties and taxes, changes in labor costs or raw materials. All prices are indicated in euros, and do not include shipping costs which will be calculated and indicated in the cart.

The prices displayed are calculated with VAT included, which may vary depending on the billing country.

2. ORDERS PLACED

  • The cart constitutes the complete purchase order;
  • Information necessary for billing and delivery of items must be entered. In case of error in the delivery address, the site and Maelle.it cannot be held responsible;
  • After validating the contact details, proceed with the choice of payment method. The order will be automatically validated and at that point represents an irrevocable commitment.

Each order is considered final and can only be canceled with the company's consent.

2.1 ORDER CONFIRMATION

In case of validation, possible change in availability and shipment, an e-mail is sent provided that the electronic address indicated in the registration form does not contain errors. Maelle.it reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason. It has 5 working days to inform the customer that it cannot fulfill the order, thus asking them to modify or cancel it.

3. PAYMENTS

The total amount must be paid upon order validation. Payment can be made using the following methods:

  • Credit or debit card;
  • E-Wallet (Paypal);
  • Bank transfer;


Any delay, incident or non-payment entails, as a penalty, late interest equal to one and a half times the legal interest rate in application of Law n° 2001-420 of 15/05/2001 article 53.

4. DELIVERY ZONES AND TERMS

We deliver items wherever you prefer. If you want delivery to a friend, a neighbor, or your workplace, just specify it when ordering. When choosing the delivery method, an estimated delivery time is indicated.

The proposed shipping methods depend on the country of delivery. It is advisable to check the contents and good condition of the package before signing the delivery receipt. In case of a dispute over transport (breakage, damage, deteriorated packaging), the customer is advised to report it on the delivery note.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURN AND EXCHANGE

In the context of distance selling, the customer has a period to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify the reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs. The term starts from the receipt of the goods.

The return request is made by logging into the Maelle.it website via the contact page or by writing to info@maelle.it. Items can be returned within 7 days at your own expense in their original packaging. Transaction fees for the refund of the amount paid are borne by the buyer, so the refund will be net of commissions (bank fees).

Furthermore, the right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of return costs.

6. DISPUTE

Complaints will always be received with kindness and attention. In case of a dispute, we recommend contacting us via the contact form in the Contact section of the Maelle.it website.

7. PRIVACY

We guarantee the confidentiality of the personal information entered. When registering, or placing an order, Maelle.it offers to receive its newsletters, its promotional offers, and/or to subscribe to be informed of the progress of its exclusive sales. The customer can change their choice at any time.

8. RESPONSIBILITY

Maelle.it, for all phases of order acceptance, as well as for the phases subsequent to the conclusion of the contract, has an obligation of result. The website undertakes to describe the products sold on the Maelle.it Internet portal with the utmost precision.

The products offered comply with current legislation and applicable standards. Maelle.it declines all responsibility for inconveniences and damages related to the use of the Internet such as, for example, service interruption, the presence of computer viruses or external intrusions.
