The conditions of sale described below apply to all orders placed for all items and services offered on the site. Maelle.it , unless otherwise agreed in writing. These general terms and conditions of sale are always offered when placing an order. Placing an order implies the customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

1. PRICES

The prices guaranteed to the customer are those displayed on the website at the time of ordering. They may change at any time, based on economic factors, duties and taxes, or changes in labor or raw material costs. All prices are in euros and do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated and indicated in the shopping cart.

The prices displayed are calculated with VAT included, which may vary depending on the billing country.

2. ORDERS PLACED

  • The shopping cart constitutes the purchase order in its entirety;
  • You must enter the information required for billing and delivery of the items. The website and Maelle.it cannot be held responsible for any errors in the delivery header.
  • After confirming your contact information, you can choose your payment method. The order will be automatically validated and is then considered an irrevocable commitment.

Each order is considered final and can only be cancelled with the company's consent.

2.1 ORDER CONFIRMATION

In the event of confirmation, availability changes, or shipping, an email will be sent, provided the email address provided on the registration form is accurate. Maelle.it reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason. It has 5 business days to inform the customer that it cannot fulfill the order, requesting a change or cancellation.

3. PAYMENTS

The total amount must be paid upon order confirmation. Payment can be made using the following methods:

  • Credit or debit card;
  • E-Wallet (Paypal);
  • Bank transfer;


Any delay, incident or failure to pay will result in penalty interest equal to one and a half times the legal interest rate pursuant to Law No. 2001-420 of 15/05/2001 Article 53.

4. DELIVERY AREAS AND TERMS

We deliver items wherever you prefer. If you'd like delivery to a friend, neighbor, or your workplace, simply specify this when ordering. An estimated delivery time will be displayed when you choose your delivery method.

The shipping methods offered depend on the country of delivery. We recommend checking the contents and condition of the package before signing the delivery receipt. In the event of a shipping dispute (breakage, damage, or deteriorated packaging), the customer is advised to note this on the delivery note.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURN AND EXCHANGE

In the context of distance selling, the customer has a period of time to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except for return costs. The above deadline begins upon receipt of the goods or acceptance of the offer for the provision of services.

The return request is made by connecting to the Maelle.it website via the contact page or by writing to info@maelle.it . You can return items in their original packaging within 7 days and at your own expense. Transaction fees for the refund of the amount paid are borne by the buyer, therefore the refund will be issued net of fees (bank or Stripe.com ).

Furthermore, the right of withdrawal is exercised without penalties, with the exception of return costs.

6. DISPUTE

Complaints will always be treated with kindness and attention. In the event of a dispute, we recommend contacting us via the contact form in the Contact section from the Maelle.it website

7. PRIVACY

We guarantee the confidentiality of the personal information you provide. When you register or place an order, Maelle.it offers you the option to receive its newsletters, promotional offers, and/or to sign up to be informed about its exclusive sales. You can change your preferences at any time.

8. RESPONSIBILITY

Maelle.it has a commitment to performance throughout all stages of order acceptance, as well as throughout the stages following the conclusion of the contract. The site undertakes to describe the products sold on the Maelle.it website with the utmost accuracy.

The products offered comply with current legislation and applicable standards. Maelle.it declines all responsibility for any inconvenience or damage related to the use of the Internet, such as service interruptions, the presence of computer viruses, or external intrusions.
